The new position plays a vital role in advancing our goal to establish vibrant gospel communities through intentional church planting, replanting, and revitalization. This position exists to identify, cultivate, and support ministry opportunities across rural communities, helping to resource and empower local leaders toward sustainable gospel impact.

The ideal person for this position has a demonstrated passion for gospel multiplication and rural ministry, strong relational skills, theological training and a minimum of 5 years of ministry leadership experience.
